A custom WordPress website built specifically for the way decking businesses actually win work: clear service pages for each type of decking project, geographic targeting for the suburbs The Deck Guy services, a portfolio structure that showed real work to real customers, and conversion-optimised contact paths on every page. Built mobile-first.
Phase 2 — Technical SEO. Every technical foundation aligned to what Google rewards: schema markup for local business and services, fast loading times, secure infrastructure, semantic HTML, internal linking that signalled topic authority.
Phase 3 — Content and authority. Targeted content built around the specific search terms decking customers actually use. Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation. Slow, deliberate authority building over months. The plan was always going to take time — meaningful results in nine to twelve months, dominant performance by year two. Then we delivered exactly that.
